Nice set of early 1950s DCM chairs, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller. These well-preserved second-generation examples feature a fetching birch and black combination, acquired together as a set. The plywood has developed a wonderful patina from age, with the original finish remaining unaltered and very clean edges. Overall, the chairs are in wonderful original condition and are structurally sound. Minor oxidation from age is present on the cast metal frame. Approximately 1951-1953 production.
