Model JH502 Swivel Office Chair, designed by Hans Wegner for Johannes Hansen. Sculptural teak back and arms feature fantastic wood grain and the designer's iconic finger joints. The sculptural seat offers both comfort and versatility, pivoting smoothly on its robust base. Our first-generation chair is in all original condition, including a nicely worn black leather seat. The metal frame and swivel base show appropriate patina. Very few of these chairs were produced, making this early model highly rare and collectible. Denmark, 1955.
