Stately Danish Modern partner’s desk, designed by Peter Løvig Nielsen (often attributed to Jens Quistgaard) for Dansk Design. An ingenious design, the desk notably features a shelf that flips, creating a spacious work surface. Beautiful details throughout, from the original brass hinges to the carved circular drawer pulls. Dramatic, figured rosewood wood selection has been recently polished. Underside is stamped "Lovig Dansk Designs Denmark." Produced in 1973.
